I am 26 years old and just bought my first house and could not have done it without Dina Baxter. Trust me when I tell you, it was a long process from start to finish and Dina stuck with me until the end. There are so many different options out there and everyone has their own tastes, my taste tends to be on the picky. Ask Dina, she can tell you-HAHA! Dina became more of a friend then my realtor, she was always there whenever I had a question and even there to calm me down in the closing process. There were even times when Dina met me in Annapolis on a Friday night and always managed to bring a smile. If you have a current property interest and want someone who is trustworthy, respectful and knows their stuff then you need Dina Baxter. I only hope I have the opportunity to work with her again down the road. Colby

My husband & I have known Dina for years. Upon returning from overseas and hearing that she had become a Realtor, that made her an obvious choice for us because she is such a great and genuine person to begin with. We had been renting and were looking for a condo in the DC Metro area. Once she was able to ascertain our needs, she was worked quickly and diligently to get ideas, details and set-up appointments. Despite our hectic work schedules, she was more than flexible to meet with us and not to mention drive a great distance from her home to do so.
